The Way We Talk, The Way We Stalk....

Here is Beau Cat, in Hunting mode.

She was so funny hunting I couldn't choose which Photo so I collaged them in Picasa. I hope that is okay, I didn't check the rules.

Beau hunts little prey. In this case it was a Spider. In fact, it wasn't actually a spider, she watched the Spider run away (it was pretty big), but she pretended after, that it was still there and went through the motions.

I actually believe that if she caught the spider she would have screamed, and run howling from the garden, but she knew it was gone, so it was safe to play hunter.

That effort has exhausted her now, and she is all cuddled up on "her" chair, while her sister, The Beanie, who was out all night last night, and only came in for a quick snooze is away to add to the toll, of over 20 mice, 1 pigeon, 1 blackbird, 3 starling, 4 Sparrows, and two lizards we have been blessed with so far. (Quick Estimate... you remember the BIG ones which are still in one piece, is more difficult to count the body parts)
