Calton hill

Today didn't start off as planned.
I got a last minute call from my Mum so, instead of going to the MS course, I had to take her to the doctor. Quite routine appointment that could have been rescheduled if she'd mentioned it even the day before!

Afternoon down at Printmaker's gallery getting a behind the scenes tour and an impromptu chat with one of the artist's currently exhibiting there (Gordon Boyd).

After which I went for a wee scoot round John Lewis where I had a coffee - and from the cafe had a great view over to Calton hill.
