After all the wonderful advice I got last night I had to try another black and white :) Thank you all so much for all the great tips - I really appreciate it! I havent been able to try all of it or investigate enough yet but now I know what I need to do - it is a good start!

The only problem is that I dont feel like going to work and just want to study the links you all sent me and find tutorials that can teach me everything you guys were all talking about....I have to be careful or I am going to lose me job!! (I did go to work - dont worry :)

I just changed the photo....same photo but I upped the contrast and took down the exposure ---- taking Bits advice :)
