These are wonderful neighbours....AND friends :)

Im late, Im late and I need to run. HOWEVER, I would love some feedback on how to make a better black and white shot. It is not easy! They feel either too grey or too much contrast. And I feel that there is a green tone in this shot, as well as yesterday's that i would like to get rid of. Any ideas are very appreciated :)
