Light shadlows

I have enjoyed photography for many years, but to my embarassment, have not yet managed to learn and become adapt at using manual settings. So I am very pleased with this, because although I could see the interresting shadows the light cast on the ceiling, on auto setting could not manage to capture them, so had to play around with the aperture etc. The original, untouched version is still not quite right, so I increased the light levels and some other post-shot effects through Picasa, and quite like this end result.
