D'Angelico mandolin

D'Angelico made mandolins and guitars, sometimes with his partner D'Aquisto. This is part of a display at the National Music Museum in Vermillion SD. If, like me, you are an aficionado of musical instruments, or a luthier, this museum is a must-see. They have Lucille (BB King's guitar)(actually a sister guitar), Stevie Wonder's harmonica, Johnny Cash's Martin D28 guitar, and ethnic instruments from everywhere. Oh, and violins, cellos and guitars by Stradivari and Amati.
