Lily of the Valley

Today I went to see Lily, who provides all sorts of painful - albeit worthwhile whilst expensive - beauty treatments, so it seemed fitting to post a shot of Lily of the Valley, which has just started to flower in the garden.

What a lovely day, the air so warm and it felt just like summer. Spent a relaxed evening in the garden planting-out, raking and watering. Even the g. pigs were chilled-out in their playpen, laying down on the grass to snooze and enjoy the heat of the evening sun.

Think the time has finally come to swap the winter duvet for the lightweight summer one! The weekend - enjoy! It's promising to be scorchio...!
