As I cut this, it reminded me of a piece of watercolour work I produced, many decades ago, for my Higher Art and Design portfolio. In those days, a pepper seemed terribly exotic and certainly not something that would have been served-up with our ritual Monday family meal menu of mince and tatties or Tuesday's fish fingers and chips.

Cooking tonight for the two beautiful boys and their 'wives' to celebrate the end of their exams. First born beautiful boy has now finished University and we are all looking forward to graduation next month and a meal out to celebrate.
