Labor Day Still Life

Today I am a working man of the 20th century, harnessing the internal combustion engine. I mixed 2 cycle oil and gasoline for my chainsaw, I fixed the clutch on my pickup truck driven by a 460ci gasoline engine, I drove to the gas station and bought diesel fuel and fueled my 1972 4 cylinder diesel tractor. I drove and cut and cut and drove. Then I dragged and stacked and piled, and drove some more.
I still smell of oil and gasoline. My skin itches from the oil and dust that a shower and soap couldn't remove. My ears are still ringing from the noise. When I breath deeply I feel the smoke that has permeated my lungs. I suspect that I am p!ss!ng fumes.

I should have dug a ditch with the shoulder blade of an ox instead.
