Our Speciality
This is my friend Ray holding up a masterpiece of culinary delight.
recipe: Italian sweet sausage boiled and soaked overnight in BEER, grilled to perfection over gigantic staineless steel grill whilst drinking MORE BEER, topped with "Oliverio's spicy hot" Italian peppers (from Clarksburg West Virginia), followed by sweet green relish, vidalia onions and French's yellow mustard.
Must be eaten at Labor Day cookout amongst friends while surrounded by children and teenagers on a beautiful clear evening.
