Mental Monday

After lecturing this morning, I decided to go and see the Pop Protest exhibition at the Wolverhampton Art Gallery. I was quite impressed, especially with Gerald Laing's collection. I think it's going to cause quite a lot of conversation between Charlotte and I to say the least.

Afterwards, I managed a few minutes shopping before heading home for the hour layover before picking Charlotte up from school. The postman delivered our first appointment for Charlotte - a bit quicker than I was expecting but all positive.

At Rainbows tonight, we had sheep! Actually two lambs(2 months old) were brought by one family and another lamb (3 weeks old!) was brought in by another family. We're trying for a Pet's Badge and when I asked if anyone had pets to bring in (thinking dog, cat, maybe at a stretch a lizard) I never thought sheep. Although living in Shropshire, I should have known better. It was an experience that my girls will NEVER forget to say the least!

And then if all of that wasn't enough, I had to lecturer for another 2 hours ... trying my best to hide the smell of sheep. I'm not too sure I was successful.
