Quick-Blip.

No Bank Holidays this weekend, so had to go to work. Such a shame! My visitor departed, and arrived successfully in Blighty without getting caught up in any ash clouds...

It turned into a right miserable day though, with all sorts of weather storms but I bagged myself a last-minute appointment to get my eyebrows done after work, which made me feel and look a lot better! I was lucky to stumble across someone who does threading when I first got here last summer, as it doesn't appear to be a common practice here yet. Her name is Milena and she is a threading star!

And then I watched this little lady for about 20 minutes while her mother popped to the shops. She has been suffering a bit with teething apparently, but she was in good spirits here. I turned the Photo Booth on and she pranced around for a while and despite what it looks like, did not whack me in the face!

Polish lesson followed. Tonight I learned about clothing and how to describe what one is wearing. Homework to do for Wednesday though... What's the word for pants?
