After finding the new 3d theater last night, we booked tickets to see Alice in Wonderland 3D for this morning. What a fantastic film (although I know the critics say otherwise). It was our first experience with a 3D film and we weren't disappointed.

Alice in Wonderland has a special place in our family as we often go to the area where Charles Lutwidge Dodgson under the pseudonym Lewis Carroll wrote parts of - Wales (I think it's Llandudno but I know it's near Rhos on Sea). Up until recently, there was a fabulous Alice in Wonderland shop called The Rabbit Hole that had gorgeous animatronics of the characters that you could walk through as it re-told the story (I think it's closed now).

After the movies, we dropped Michael off at NPA and Charlotte and I came home to work on fun stuff like homework (for both of us). The best bit was the spelling of silent letters:
Me: Spell knives
C: K N I V E S
Me: Know
C: NO? That's not right? Is it Fes?
Me: Know, sorry, I mean spell Know.
C: K N O W
M: Spell Wrist.
C: W r i s t.
M: Wrong
C: WHAT?
M: No What is later. Spell wrong

In other news, as soon as I prove that I'm not an illegal immigrant, looks like my uni application will be put through with no issues. Hooray!

In other other news, I'm thinking of writing reviews (Book/cultural items) for a local journal. Am I mad or what? Please don't answer that.
