Work is either fun or drudgery.
Work is either fun or drudgery. It depends on your attitude. I like fun.

Different teaching day today as I was in a secondary school. Quite a difference from the college classes I've been teaching but a nice change of atmosphere. The day went very quickly and quite ironically, I was with pupils who were working on GCSE in Art whose project included Pop Art and Jann Haworth (for those not knowing, Jann Haworth is a pop artist who recently had an exhibition at Wolverhmapton Art Gallery. Charlotte and I went to a talk with Jann and Charlotte is still in touch with her). It was a great day, as they were working independently so I was afforded reading time! Bliss!
And for lunch, I even managed to squeeze in 30 minutes with a dear friend who I haven't seen in a few months, but only lives around the corner from me.
After work, I had to go straight to Wolverhampton for training. By this point, Michael has been home entertaining this lovely couple, Ray and Joan DaSilva who are in town as Michael was training Ray on the NPA software.
Meanwhile, Charlotte went to friends before gymnastics then Nanny picked her up and took her to swimming. If that wasn't busy enough for her, we then all went out to dinner as Lord knows there was no time for cooking by the time I got home at 6.
Another long day, but made much brighter with our visitors. Ray is known not just for his puppeteer skills, but also his books. It was a lovely evening.
