Risotto
Jet lag hit with a vengence, dragged through the day catching up with things. The weather didn't help much either, dull and misty for most of the day. The dog finally persuaded me to don wellies and head up the lane. I wanted to try and capture the misty fields with wet sheep and their lambs or the well fed cows sitting chewing the cud but in the end I am blipping this wild garlic. It inspired a rather delicious dinner; I roasted some butternut squash with cumin seeds, sea salt and the best olive oil I had, which I then tossed into a risotto along with a generous handful of chopped wild garlic (flowers and all).
Quite delicious.
