Mud Pie

Public holiday in SA today, so I loaded the boys in the car for a joyride to my folks' house this morning.

The coldest day of the year so far, so Baloo decided to take his first plunge in my folks' swimming pool, followed by a big old piggy roll in the mud! (It was raining all night, so there was enough mud...) That was followed by a mad dash through the garden, sniffing every tree, flower and sprinkler, with Paddington in tow :) Here he's pictured exploring the foot of the big old palm tree in my folks' garden.

We had no choice but to dip them both in the pool again and towel dry them before loading them back in the car. They're now fast asleep, snuggled in their blankets in front of the tv. Baloo is 11 weeks old today... and life's GOOD!
