calliope hummingbird

This guy was peeking over the hummingbird feeder this evening. I have not seen the feathers on the throat this well before.
Even though this picture was cropped quite a lot and somewhat over sharpened I still think this picture is pretty cool

The Calliope Hummingbird is the smallest North American bird at only 31/2 inches (8cm) long.
