cookout at the park

This afternoon was our first dutch oven cookout for the season. We went to the city park and set up our "kitchens"(our kitchens consist of a cast iron dutch oven, metal table. tongs for the charcoal, gloves and what ever we are cooking). We had 9 ovens, down from the normal 13 or so.
There is a group of us that have started getting together ever so often to cook and have a good time.
There was three types of chicken, rice, scalloped potatoes, ham and beans, three deserts, and a couple salads. It was good and lots of it.
I think it will take me the rest of the night to recuperate from too much food.
PS Jeannie, I did save you some, it might last till tomorrow night.:)
