Just a quick photo as I was driving by some of my favorite local mountains. The red rocks in Papago Park always look fake to me, as though it's a movie set.

I had a very frustrating morning at work and was not happy to be leaving early to join my coworkers in a picnic. However, one there I decided to ditch the negative thoughts (and people), and instead I threw myself - both literally and figuratively - into some of the sporting events - kickball and volleyball. I needed the exercise and I think I ran that bad attitude out! Quite sore the next day though.
