Bravery

Told my friend Andy that I was going to dedicate this to him, he was interested to know why so here goes.

I've been thinking for a wee while that my photography doesnt have a style. Some people excel at wildlife, landscapes, portraiture etc. I don't have the patience for wildlife and while I like landscapes they rarely inspire me. Andy has been trying to talk me into giving model work a try. I'm a long way off from actually doing anything but I wanted a wander today to see if the places I liked might actually be any use. Im quite pleased to say I came back very inspired. I lack a lot of confidence but he said some pretty nice things about my photos and for once I even kind of believed him.

Today has been a mix of ups and downs, morning particularly was down. This afternoon has really made me think about something which has been playing on my mind. Thinking about that has made me feel kinda sad again :(
