Day 3 - Port Nolloth
Never been here before, which is a pity. It's wild and very beautiful with the Atlantic crashing ashore.
Port Nolloth is one of the harbours where De Beers fleet of diamond mining boats moor - see pic. These vessels use divers and huge pipes attached to the ship to vacuum the sea bed for alluvial diamonds washed down the mighty Orange River into the ocean.
It is cold and raining (again), although in an hour it will clear and the temperature race up to 10C.
