Bees Love Borage

Bees absolutely adore Borage. So if you haven't been growing them from seed, they can be easily found at local plant nurseries or garden centers, as I discovered on a 'Bee Friendly' plant hunting spree yesterday.

Their grey/green foliage looks terriblyt understated at this time of the year, but by early summer their flower stems flourish the most fantastic display of intense deep blue/purple flowers.

And the bonus is being able use it in summer salads.
