Carol: Rosie & Mr. Fun

By Carol

Big and Wide

Today just felt BIG! I know that probably makes no sense, but as I stepped outside this morning to take a slow glance at the growing greenery and the blossoms and blooms, I thought the sky felt huge with all the giant clouds. I don't have the camera equipment, though, to capture that feeling.

When I woke this morning I had a headache that felt like it was thundering toward migraine status. I seldom have one, but when I do they make me really sick. Out the bedroom window I could see dark clouds and rain droplets falling into the swimming pool next door. I thought it might rain all day. It didn't.

Later in the day when I was feeling much better, I called and was able to get an immediate appointment to take Bob dog into the groomer for a bath. About once a month we do that and then two weeks later we put him in the shower here. One takes bucks. The other takes time. I don't know which is worse. Bob dog says they both are. He hates getting a bath, but he loves being clean.

So as I drove home from the groomers, again I thought the day just felt BIG. So I clicked my point and shoot through my car's windshield. It's not photographically award winning. I can live with that because days from now, years from now, I will have saved this day. That's just one of the many dozens of things I like about Blipfoto.

Mostly, though, I like the people here. It is all of you blippers and the things you post that keep me addicted. Blipfoto is my drug of choice. I think it's legal. ;-)

That's it from "Funville" for this Wednesday.
Good night from Southern California,
Rosie (& Mr. Fun and Bob dog), aka Carol

P.S. This evening I'll be reading and marking student papers, so if you see a comment I have left this evening somewhere in blipland, you'll know that the drug is winning. ;-)
