The Unsinkable Miss Molly

Today was my impromptu day off. I had no idea til last week that today was a bank holiday. I'm pretty sure it's only a bank holiday in my office though since I didn't know anyone else who was off!!

Had a lovely lie in and leisurely breakfast then headed to spend the day with mum. We watched rubbish TV, a good film and had a really nice lunch. I don't get to see her every day like I did in my last job so it's nice to spend some quality time together. It also meant I got to spend time with my parents dogs. Molly is pictured here - she's the older of the two and is such a prissy princess it's mad. At one point mum accidently touched her head when she wasn't expecting it and she yelped. That says A LOT about what sort of dog she is. She's absolutely lovely but doesn't like the unexpected. ;)

Luckily got my second dentist appointment changed to tomorrow. Not looking forward to it in the slightest, but am looking forward to having everything over and done with. My teeth are still really sensitive where he did the previous work so I'm definitely going to ask him about that tomorrow. I wouldn't have still expected that a few days later but don't have much experience with these things.

Had dinner made for me by lovely boyfriend :) Not sure if it's nerves about tomorrow or what but I've felt rough the last few hours - very very tired, queasy and a bit dizzy. Not good. :( So I've come home and curled up on the sofa to watch Glee. :D
