This is one of nine gelitin proofs I bought at a garage sale a long while back.
The tail of them has been told before so I won't go into it.

I'm very happy to have this bit of photographic history in my collection of things I've purchased while garage sale hopping.

Gabriel Moulin is a great part of californian history and is kept alive with all his black and white prints.

Some are still made into beautiful calendar art work. Moms Doctor use to have at least 5 calendars in his office all with different photos.

My plan is to capture each proof inside this garage sale frame. I'll need to redue this one. The framing is off and the area I've picked to shoot the shot is not good.
