Melt Down
It's a shame a darn shame.
I thought, how wonderful the apartment smells as I came in from a hard sunday.
What could that beautiful smell be.
Pitter pattered around for a bit.
Chatted with L, gave her the run down on my day.
She thinks I should put some ben gay on my knee.
What happened to it you ask?
Well in my efforts to arrange Dad & Step-Mom's home I tripped up the stairs into the house from the garage while trying to catch the sunglasses I was in the midst of taking off while going back inside_LOL here:-)
Ironic because I arrived at their home telling them how they needed to be careful while coming in from the garage;)
The real funny thing about it is, nobody called out to see what had happened.
And I hit the hardwood floor hard. As I walked into the family room Dad looked at me and asked, "what was that?" I should have told him "my pride" but I only said "me".
But back to the wonderful smell:-)
Once I finished telling Mom about it I decided I'd have a bit of grappa and coke, then maybe take a walk outside and find another bloom for today.
I opened my curtains to have a look at the sun setting before heading out.
And the blip above is what I found.
This is why the place smell so beautiful.
I've no idea how to remove that cooled down candle wax from the window and the wax in the glass has some how attached the glass to the windowsill.
A True Melt Down Day.
Now the knee is soar and the elbow and shoulder are hurting.
A warm shower may make things better:-)
Hope I make it into the next week without anymore injuries.
My nephew is on his way and he is a "ruff neck" or at least this is what he tells me.
Beautiful Week to All
p.s. look out for stairs and falling sunglasses:-)
