Day 12 Ghana

This is the Volta Dam the worlds largest man made lake (if I have got that right) it is absolutely huge.

We had breakfast at the hotel looking over the lake and Dam and then went for a cruise on the lake itself, very pleasant and enjoyable experience. It was nice to relax and see the all the sights around the lake but also the band on the boat were good to listen to and watch everyone dancing having a great time.

We then made our way back to Accra and went out for dinner with one of R's colleagues E visiting from Egypt. He was a great laugh and a good night was had.

Now wondering wether I am going to be able to change my flight. I am due to return on the 27th arriving back on the 28th but currently my ticket is for the 7th returning home the same time as R. But I need to be back to be available to work and a scubadiving weekend... watching the news with some interest!
