Some rather vulgar (and therefore fabulous) flowers in the garden.

Ignore the creeping (or marauding) buttercup.

With each flower opening I feel a little happier, a little more alive - I am truly a sunny summer person - I need my light! These retina burning beauties help to lift any grey mood!
