A secret life in green

I took my camera to work today. I decided I was going to look for something interesting to photograph. I take the train, and there are always interesting characters on the train, however, I am too scared of some of them, and they were ruled out straight away. We pass over the River Ayr. I took some lovely shots of that, but they were through the train window, and I'd have to do a little editing, to make it acceptable. Maybe one night I'll make a little extra effort and walk to the bridge and take a shot. Ayr is actually an old town and I think the view down river emphasises it's age, this shot didn't do it justice.

In the end I Decided on this one. I'm hearing Blackbirds every day. (More so since Planes were grounded), and this one was around the garden all day while I was at work. The weather is sufficiently pleasant enough right now (volcanic ash aside), that I can have the window open. It was jumping around in the green and I thought it just made a nice shot. I have equally nice shots of it on a water bowl and a not so nice shot of it on a television ariel.

Aw. This whole blipping is exhausting me, also had a beautiful picture of a bud almost ready to explode with life.. I may come back and change this one.
