Professor Brian Cox - honest!!

Ok - I know this is a really bad photo but it is a photo of one of my heros!

This evening, I went to see 'Wonders of the Solar System' at the Edinburgh Science Festival with my friends Valerie, Catherine and Sailfish. It was hosted by Professor Brian Cox, the physicist who has made the amazing series of the same name which has been shown on BBC2 recently.

We watched the last episode of the series on the big screen in the Filmhouse and then there was a discussion and Q&A sesion with Brian afterwards.

I think he is brilliant! He is so humble and obviously loves his work. He has an amazing knack of explaining the most complex physics concept and making it sound simple! I am in awe of him and Sailfish thought this was hysterical!!

As he introduced the session, I tried to take a couple of photos of him - and this was the best one!!!
