Bayeux.

Superb weather. 19C, blue sky.
Visited the British WW2 Cemetery at Bayeux. Very moving. It's hard to imagine what these young people went through. Twinblips spent a long time reading the headstones and deciding what to write in the visitors book. They couldn't believe how many 18 and 19 year olds had died.

Then had a lovely afternoon on the beach at Port de Bessin playing frisbee and generally chilling out. A complete contrast to the feelings and emotions of the morning.
