Omaha Beach.

Gorgeous beach and hard to imagine what happened here on June 6th 1944.
This was followed by chip butties on the beach and then a visit to Point Hoc. Again, a place where it?s difficult to visualise the events that took place nearly 66 years ago. Twinblips ran up and down the craters left by shells fired all those years ago.
