Farming

Easter Sunday dawned rainy and misty, but not too cold and lovely in its own way. The guys took the tractor out and kept themselves busy planting seed the old-fashioned way while us moms helped the kids finish painting the chicken coop. A delicious meal prepared by our resident chef rounded off the day nicely, after which we sent the kids to bed early to recover from their hard work on the coop. We adults attempted to watch what we later decided was the worst movie ever - only one of us made it to the end.
