Oh darn

Looks like the silvery maple in the backyard is going to go ahead and make seed.last month's photo show's it is full flower. I was hopeful a cold snap a few days later froze the flowers.

More troubling than the Silvery maple's attempt at reproduction are the siberian elm's that are setting seed all over town. They didn't set seed last year due to a cold snap so I'm sure they will make up for a lost opportunity.
