Emmy

I was out at the waterfront today (after getting a much needed pedicure) taking a bunch of random photos, just enjoying the superb weather, when I noticed a young couple with a small pet on a leash. As I got closer, I noticed it was a ferret. Sooooo super cute! So I asked them if I could take her photo, but she just wanted to inspect my newly painted toes, and then she must have wanted to play chase because she just kept running back and forth, so her mama had to hold her up for me. If you look closely, you can see she sticking her little tongue out. Oh yes, and her name is Emmy (hence the title, lol)

There were also folks out flying kites today - great wind for it, they were really up high - but I couldn't get a good head-on shot of them because the kites were not cooperating at all, flying about left and right.
