Day 2 Ghana

A picked me up as he did yesterday from the house and he showed me some sights around Accra. There isn't a great deal to see but he showed me the Freedom and Justice Arch and monument, conference centre, mausaleum, football stadium and took me for a walk around the market which was great fun and maybe we'll go back with R before we leave to get a few souvenirs.

Then I was dropped off at the Labadi Beach Hotel for some R&R by the pool and the beach which is where I got this shot from of a fisherman. The next shot I got was of him throwing his net out, I was quite proud of it but when I got it on screen on the laptop it was a bit blurred not surprising as I was quite a way away but still very impressed with the compact ixus.

Tonight we have been to a quiz night where we came 2nd and won 30 Cedes (about £15) and we also won the Tequila round! OUCH!

Still hot which i'm enjoying and loving being with R... roll on the weekend when we can have fun together during the day and him not being at work.
