I Weep for Narcissus...

One of my patients today was a retired Lecturer in Greek mythology. I happened to have a bunch of Narcissus in the corner of my room which I'd bought on the way to work. He told me the story of Narcissus. It was story I knew vaguely but he added in details I hadn't previously heard and brought it to life. It was pleasant start to the day.

When I returned home I dug out my cheap-as-chips extension tubes and my 70-200mm lens and tried to capture some of the beauty.
