along our walk

Rachelsmom and I try to walk a bit after work as many nights a week as we can. Between 3 and 5 this afternoon the sky took turns hailing and pouring rain, blowing all of it on a crisp northern wind. It didn't look like I even wanted to walk to my car much less go for a stroll!

At 5 it all went away and the sun shone :) So we walked the bike path (keeps us out of the wind some.) This is more of the mossy, almost lacy, vegetation along the path. I tried to captured the awesome sky but none of the shots came close to actual. maybe rachelsmom caught the sky in all its glory?

I love our walks - feels like I have stolen back a little piece of my day just for me!
