Safe from the Snow

Tuesday there was no snow then overnight a foot lay in the garden.

Wednesday the snow kept falling with gale force winds that meant it was almost impossible to get out for a blip without becoming part of a snow drift!

The birds quarrel frantically trying to feed from the nuts on the bird table. They look so frail as they battle against the storm, we don't normally see them when the weather is so bad. To top it off we lost our electricity so the picture I had taken I have published today. I was glad to be inside even without the central heating.
