Still snow covered !

Took my blip walk early this afternoon, and found that I actually could still get somewhat excited by the sensuous lines offered by the snow cover forest, when the sunlight hits it. Mind you, there are also many moments of total longing for something green and colourful and beautiful....Spring comes late to this little island out in the Atlantic.....I've been told (by various Cape Bretoners!) that actually we're really only half way thro winter here.....I think they were pulling my softish Ontario leg!!! But it will still be some time before the lusciousness of REAL spring hits this spot!
