Bridge at sunset!

We headed out early this morning for Halifax, for a clay pick up! It was a very easy going day, lingering here and there, doing a bit of shopping, and then arrived at the B & B. We've stayed there before, and Audrey is a delight....she makes you feel so welcome, which seems to be the wonderful trademark of B & B's.

We headed downtown in the evening, and i loved the way the bridge we'd just traveled over, was being hit by the setting sun! We met Randy at a lovely little Vietnamese/Thai restaurant, and had a great time catching up with Randy's studies etc.....and ate the most amazing food. As i mentioned in a previous blip, i'm on a bit of 'new eating system'..... i just really dislike the word diet.....and i have been extremely careful for the past few days, with good results, so i felt justified in satisfying myself fully with the most amazing tastes! and i didn't overindulge in the least!
