This is where Miah lives. We are flying over Howland's Landing in Catalina. It was a beautiful day, so Scott and I flew to Catalina for lunch. It is one of my favorite places to go. Miah loves his life here and I am proud of what he has learned about the environment, teaching students and about himself. He has loved Catalina since our first trip for family camp when he was about 4 years old. I know he works hard over here, but when day is done, he hikes, bike rides, runs, swims, paddle boards, kayaks and who know what else.... He will always have special memories from this place and I love having him so close to home.
