Barriers - Someone's been speaking out of turn

Spotted these two guys standing guard at the St James Centre car park looking like something out of Wall E. But someone's been shooting his mouth off at the customers. Couldn't tell what he's been up to. Criticising people's cars probably. Shouting at the people who couldn't get close enough to get their ticket.

Anyway, gagged now.
