Boddington

I went for a drive in my lunch hour today, and decided to retrace some of the route from my long Sunday runs, since I have discovered and passed through villages I wasn't even aware of before.

Today's photo is St. Mary Magdalene's church in the village of Boddington, between Cheltenham and Tewkesbury. The Gloucestershire County Council tells me it dates back to the 12th Century from local claystone and Cotswold stone quoins. I'm now off to go and look up what a quoin is ...
