China Town at night

China Town in Victoria is not very large, only a block long, but it has well established traditions and celebrations. Earlier this year the city put up lights for the Chinese New Years celebration. I have taken pictures of China Town in the past and posted one of the lights I took from the car as I was driving. Tonight I was dodging cars as I set up my tripod for a long exposure of the Gates of Harmonious Interest at the entrance of China Town. The passing cars added some interesting light trails across the front of the pictures and I met many drivers as I was standing in traffic protecting my tripod!
