Streaks in the hallway

I spent the afternoon today being a pirate at the 5th birthday party for Julia, the daughter of my good friend Kat. It was great fun with lots of pirates and treasures- and lots and lots of very excited kids!! This capture is my attempt to show some of that energy. The kids were running throughout the house chasing each other, so I slowed down the shutter speed a bit and blurred them as they were running by. It turned out better than I expected!!
