Decoy

Up early for some shopping. We had football today so I walked the dog over early to set up the pitch.
On the way I walked a heron catching and trying to swallow a frog on Blackford pond, alas I had forgotten the camera.

I hoped this would have exhausted Juno, not a chance. She was absolutely hyper when I was trying to set goals.

The girls played ok and recorded their first league victory. They did not play as well as we expect but they stuck at it.

The new regulations means that the parents are on the opposite side from both set of coaches. Eco mum said everytime I shouted to replace a player or encouragement Juno went mad hearing my voice.

Back home and headed of to the allotment to put the grafted fruit trees in the greenhouse and the sweet pea seeds. Tidied up the shed so at least I could get in it.

The garlic is looking great and the fruit tree and berries are starting to bud.

Back home and planted up the broad beans and some cucumber.

Eco son has returned, he had fun except crap food I am told. Teenage boys now planning a summer camping trip.

This is the clay frogs on our pond, this is for the male frogs to practice courting safely, it is really amusing watching them with these.
