Pull it out pull it out

I like the weekedn walks with Juno in the early morning. We had most of the hill to ourselves and I took a ball so we played. It was a lovely morning. Bumped into a twitcher who was watching a Greater Spotted Woodpecker. It was drumming on an old elm adn I stood with him as it flew around marking out it's territory by pecking on trees. What a lovely man and a great chat.

Did school girl's football today, just coaching. Had a brand new start, she kept at it and wants to come back.

This afternoon I planted the tomato seeds, aubergine seeds, cucumber and melon and some early cabbage. As like every year I wonder if they will come through.

The pond is full of frogs but no spwan, I was going to pop down and have a man to man chat with them about the facts of life.

Had to take Eco daughter down to Portobello Town Hall as she was watching her mates in a dance show, I strolled along the prom with Juno and Eco mum before returning home to watch the rugby, well done boys.

Got a league game tomorrow with the girls football team, our first home fixture, fingers crossed and early to bed I hope.
