Celandines
Went for a nice blip wander with Mr H along the Water of Leith this afternoon. There were some tiny buds opening into brilliant acid green leaflets on a few of the bushes, but my attempts to blip them were not good.
I had more success with a a different angle on the the eternal rubbish train previously blipped by Acronymphomania - but when I spotted these celandines, Ranunculus ficaria down by the river there was no contest.
