A little too Green?

This roof makes me feel old. I rememember seeing it in it's prime.
When the Peacock wired to it was fully stuffed and presented a perky silhouette, the thatch was all sepia brown, and it looked like a nice trim Thelwell cottage.

Now? I think it has slipped. But it is more compelling to photgraph like this. It loooks like it has been taken over by the big green gloopy monster. Yet again I find myself wondering what on earth it is like inside all this? It must be a bit damp. Does a cousin from the one up the road live here? What is going on.

I thought you might enjoy another crumbly Rutland house. These show is not all 4x4 perfect up here, thank goodness.
